Appointments are very important to the team members at amaya ayurvedic spa. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request you to provide us with adequate notice as listed below. Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place because of the sheer volume of non-arrivals we have had, which in turn costs the Spa hundreds of pounds per month.
Advanced bookings & Deposit
We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service are available. Please note that we are required a 50% deposit/Full payment online to reserve your booking.
Cancellation and Re-scheduling policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled appointments can simply be rearranged or refunded.
- At least 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling is required, if not this will result in losing your deposit.
- No show will result in losing your deposit/full amount (if booked online).
These terms will be applicable for the following:
- Telephone/Email/In-person bookings
- Online/Paper Gift vouchers
Cancellations/re-schedule made less than 24 hours will result in that 50% of the gift vouchers becoming invalid and no show will result in losing 100% of the value of your voucher.
-Cancellation made less than 24 hours before an appointment will result in losing 50% of one treatment from your package.
-No shows will result in losing 100% from one of your treatments.
