Gift vouchers can be purchased through our website and reception please ask at reception. Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months.
Gift Certificate Refund Policy:
Once the gift certificate has been processed, we cannot refund.
Spa Treatment Packages:
Package of 3 treatments valid for 3 months of the date of issue.
Package of 5 treatments valid for 4 months of the date of issue.
Package of 10 treatments valid for 6 months of the date of issue.
Due to the discounted price, payment is to be made upfront and these packages are non-refundable, you may choose to receive any unused value of your package in the form of a gift voucher which will be valid for 6 months of the date of issue. Unused value will be calculated based on the amount paid, less the original price of treatments that have been used.
