Ayurvedic Medicine in-depth consultation with a fully qualified Ayurvedic Practitioner — 90 minutes Ayurvedic Medicine consultation is a unique opportunity to undergo an in-depth analysis of your health conditions. During your initial consultation, our Ayurvedic consultant will assess your unique constitution, take a detailed medical history to address and treat the problem at the root cause level, and find out about your needs and expectations. During the initial consultation, the consultant will assess your complaints with the help of pulse and tongue analysis. After the consultation, you will receive an in-depth protocol to follow including suggestions related to your diet, lifestyle, and intake of Ayurvedic herbal preparations, Ayurvedic treatments available at Amaya and possible cleansing procedures if applicable. The follow-up consultation can then arrange to access your health changes and continue the healing.
YOGA & MEDITATION
Amaya offers you the opportunity to book for a private one-to-one yoga and meditation session with our certified yoga and meditation teacher.

During this class, you will be able to learn traditional Hatha yoga with elements of breathing exercises (Pranayama) and guided relaxation. The class is suitable for beginners and also those who have practiced yoga in the past. The teacher will adjust the class to your needs, abilities, and health conditions if necessary. The benefits of a yoga practice include increased flexibility, increased muscle strength and tone, improved respiration, energy and vitality, weight reduction, and many more.
Private Pranayama & Meditation Classes
60 mins – £60 | 90 mins – £90
During this class, you will learn safe and effective Pranayama breathing exercises, which will help to improve your health, energy levels, creativity, and the state of your mind.
The meditation part of the class will teach you how to observe the natural breath in order to experience inner peace and change the habit patterns of the mind.
Our mental and emotional state is always reflected in the breath. When we observe the breath, we are observing the fluctuations of the mind. When we are agitated so is the breath. When we are at peace, so is the breath. Through meditating on the natural breath, we strengthen the conscious mind and cultivate its ability to be aware.
This class is suitable for beginners and also those who practiced meditation and pranayama in the past.
