We recommend that you should arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment.

Late Arrival:
At the time of booking your appointment, we will allocate your massage therapist/treatment specialist, whose time is exclusively dedicated to you. For any reason you are late for your appointment, we will endeavour to keep your appointment duration to its original length provided there are no other appointments following yours. If this is not possible you can either shorten your massage/treatment time or reschedule your appointment for another time. **The latter option carries a 50% cancellation charge**

Mobile phone:
We request you to kindly switch off/silence your mobile phone in the spa to ensure tranquillity and relaxation.

Health conditions:
Please inform us of any health conditions allergies, or injuries, which could affect your treatment by completing our health questionnaire.

Loss or Damage:
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to your valuable jewellery. Please keep all valuable with you.

We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers (16 weeks plus) please allow our therapist to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.

Credit or Debit card policy:
We accept all kinds of debit or credit cards, and we don’t keep your card records for security reasons.
